Ralph Waldo Emerson
I spent countless hours looking for the right "lock" to create a necklace of my own. I found something a little smaller than I was going for but, I loved the simplicity. I loved wearing it and didn’t think much about it until the day it happened. God spoke loud and clear. I touched the new lock necklace I'd made and immediately I knew this was hers. It belonged to her all along.
Londyn LeAnne Logsdon was a beautiful 4 year old little girl from my home community in Missouri who fought so valiantly to beat a very rare brain cancer. During her brave battle I wondered what I could do to help and after much prayer God sent his answer.
My search for something pretty and so perfect led me to tell the story of the most perfect little girl. I am forever grateful that Londyn loved to wear her lock. She made sure all around her had one of their own as well. She wanted to take care of everyone around her always.
On Sunday October 17, 2021 Londyn’s battle ended and her work on earth was complete. She gained her perfect angel wings, along with her full head of curls wrapped up in a top pony.
The impact of perfect little Londyn continues to reach so many.
By wearing and gifting The Londyn Lock, you honor Londyn, her beautiful heart and fighting spirit. You will also honor all of the littles going through the battle as well.
I made a promise to always tell Londyn's story and you can too.
The Mission statement was and is very clear:
Together, we will "lock in love to lock out childhood cancer."
We will not win immediately but, definitely.
Just as Londyn has done. Let's tell her story.
Londyn Lives. Always. #LiveLikeLondyn
